Overview:
The position is a pivotal role supporting sales across Canada. This role includes overseeing a team of sales representatives, strategizing sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination among all stakeholders. The National Sales Manager will also handle reporting, campaign management, dealer support, and product management to maximize sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:
- Oversee and support sales representatives across Canada.
- Follow up on leads, manage ongoing tasks and targets with accurate timelines.
- Provide regular insights and updates on team activities, new prospects, and opportunities to the National Sales Manager.
- Reporting:
- Create and distribute reports on specific brands and the company as a whole on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Sales Promotions and Campaigns:
- Create, schedule, and monitor promotions, advertisements, and sales campaigns using Mailchimp (approximately 1-3 per week).
- Adjust campaign content based on performance metrics to optimize results.
- Maintain and register all new dealers in Mailchimp to ensure maximum visibility.
- Product and Portal Management:
- Ensure new products are accurately described and listed on the B2B portal.
- Ensure all SKUs are online and accessible via the portal.
- Encourage dealers to utilize the website for quick and easy purchases.
- Dealer and Customer Support:
- Manage dealer and end-user support calls, providing relevant solutions based on their needs.
- Provide accurate timelines for product arrivals.
- Update and maintain price lists as new products and changes are introduced.
- Ensure all pricing is accurate, and margins are correctly calculated for both the dealer and Evolution.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor slow-moving products in the warehouse and inform sales reps to help them succeed in the field.
- Training and Development:
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions with vendors for sales reps.
- Keep the sales team updated on new products and product refreshers.
- Organize and conduct webinars with vendors to educate the dealer network and generate new business.
- Facilitate one-on-one training sessions for dealers as requested.
- Vendor and Dealer Relations:
- Organize and plan vendor road trips and training seminars.
- Visit dealers with sales reps to provide support, educate on offerings, and generate new business.
- Visit territories semi-annually and arrange trips with sales reps.
- Prepare for and attend trade shows such as CEDIA TS, CEDIA, Infocom, etc.
- Technical Skills:
- General knowledge of SAP is considered an asset, with training provided if necessary.
- Good working knowledge of C.I. industry and products
- Excel

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably on a national level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in using Mailchimp for campaign management.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently and work remotely.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Bilingual is both official languages would be an asset

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year Monday to Friday
