Trends Electronics International has announced two appointments: James Chevrette’s role will be expanded to include territory management for the province of B.C. while Randy Winters will now serve as British Columbia Lower Mainland Area Manager for all residential brands.
Chevrette has been recently involved with the distributor’s 12V market in the lower mainland and Vancouver Island. With the expansion Trends’ portfolio, he will also be tasked with representing Trends’ residential brands for Vancouver Island as well as the Fraser valley region.
“I’m very happy to announce that James will also head up our expansion within the electrical channel,” says Grant Daoust, CEO and co-founder of Trends. “James to date has been very successful with this channel in the BC interior, and we are looking forward to his vast knowledge and support in the rest of Canada.”

Winters, meanwhile, has product knowledge that fits with the Trends way of doing business, says the company.

We are excited to have Randy on board.”
