Erikson Consumer Has a New Owner

Nexora, the parent company of JAM / Erikson Consumer, today announced that One Equity Partners (“OEP”) has become the company’s new owner and long-term investment partner.

Nexora operates through local trading brands such as Almo, Azenn Connect, CapTech, COMM-TEC, Hammer and JAM, who have leadership positions in their respective markets. Nexora generates more than $3 billion in annual revenue.

OEP is a US based private equity firm, formed out of JP Morgan, with deep experience in B2B and technology, focused on North America and Western Europe, the markets that are at the heart of Nexora. OEP have completed over 500 transactions globally, and bring significant experience in M&A, building scale and operational excellence.

Nexora will continue to be led by its existing management team, ensuring continuity of leadership and execution. The business will maintain its strategy to acquire and accelerate specialist local trading brands.
