You get precise heart rate and sleep tracking thanks to BioTracker technology 6.0 with PPG biometric dual-light 5PD heart rate sensor. You also get precise measurements for blood oxygen levels, stress monitoring, and heart rate variability.
Chose from more than 140 workout modes, including HYROX Race, Smart Strength Training, and Personalized AI Coaching. The Smart Strength Training feature provides detailed insights, such as automatic grouping of muscle exercises, while offline navigation with round-trip routing is great for outdoor enthusiasts.
Receive on-wrist notifications for calls, texts, social media updates, calendar reminders, and more. Make and answer calls, reply to text messages using voice-to-text and the touch keyboard, control the camera (iPhone only) and music, sync notifications, and more through a Bluetooth connection to your phone. You’ll get up to two weeks of battery life per charge as well, along with a 5ATM rating for water resistance.
Zepp Flow provides full voice control of the watch, allowing you to adjust settings, view readiness scores, and more, without tapping, swiping, or memorizing keywords.
The updated Zepp app presents all your health and fitness tracking and offers a centralized, user-friendly platform for tracking health and fitness data, analyzing trends, and accessing personalized insights without a subscription. There’s a camera-powered food log that allows you to photograph meals directly in the app, automatically uploading nutrition data for seamless meal tracking. This feature is currently available in North America and will be available in Europe later this year.
