CBC TV Is Now Available on Roku Devices

CBC TV is now officially available on Roku devices, including streaming players and sticks as well as Roku TV.

Canadian Roku users can now watch 14 live regional channels for free, accessing popular Canadian shows like Kim’s Convenience, The Great Canadian Baking Show, and Murdoch Mysteries. As part of this first collaboration between Roku and CBC, Canadians will also have access to CBC local news from across the country. 

“We continue to expand our entertainment selection for Canadian consumers and are thrilled to welcome CBC TV to our channel store,” says Yulia Poltorak, Director Content Distribution at Roku. “It is our aim to have the best possible channel selection for our users, so they can enjoy their streaming devices even more.”

Available regional CBC TV channels include: Vancouver, BC; Calgary, AB; Edmonton, AB; Yellowknife, NWT; Regina, SK; Winnipeg, MB; Windsor, ON; Toronto, ON; Ottawa, ON; Montreal, QC; Fredericton, NB; Charlottetown, PEI; Halifax, NS; and St. John’s, NL.
