Govee is known for its innovative smart lighting products, and this year at CES, the company is launching exciting new items, including a unique-looking floor lamp, two ceiling lights, and a new AI lighting bot. The company is also launching a new partnership with Samsung SmartThings.
Govee Floor Lamp 3
This floor lamp comes with an upgraded 16-bit RGBIC chipset and new LuminBlend+ technology so it can accurately reproduce more than 281 trillion colours. It ensures vivid and consistent colour expression at any brightness. Go beyond standard RGB tones with a wide spectrum of hues, including nuanced shades like orange, turquoise, and nude pink.
Govee Ceiling Light Ultra
The ceiling light’s display-grade 616-pixel LED matrix delivers enhanced visual detail. The upgraded AI Lighting Bot 2.0 creates stunning visuals as simply as you describing them. You can design visuals with up to eight distinct layers of motion, colour, and shapes.
Govee Ceiling Light with Blue Sky Effect
This light is engineered specifically to emulate natural sky lighting with high accuracy. It’s not just standard blue light, but a calming, spacious visual experience that Govee says “genuinely feels like looking up at the sky.” The light produces the soft, natural gradients seen in high-end architectural skylights, achieved through a precision-engineered light guide that transforms the room into a more open, natural-feeling space. Generally, it’s also a high-performance primary ceiling light that delivers premium white-light performance that effectively illuminates large family spaces (from 200-300 square feet).
LuminBlend+
This system uses RGB-to-white blending to deliver accurate, true-to-life colours across an ultra-wide temperature range. The colour management tech will debut in 2026, with a focus on enhancing new indoor floor lamps and light strips with true-to-life colours.
AI Lighting Bot 2.0
Enhancing Govee’s linear and graphic lights by integrating advanced generative AI models, the AI Lighting Bot 2.0 enables graphic lights to generate dynamic GIF animations. This upgrade allows for real-time emotional interaction with products like light strips. Graphic lights like curtains can now display vivid, animated effects from single commands.
DaySync
This feature simplifies using AI to provide smart presets for ideal lighting in any situation, automatically adjusting colour temperature based on local sunrise and sunset times. Expected to launch in April 2026, the technology will first appear in Govee’s new smart lighting products from the Indoor Collection.
