Oura has introduced the latest version of its new Oura Ring 4 smart ring, the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic, along with one of the most requested accesories for the device: a charging case.
The Oura Ring 4 Ceramic comes in Tide, Petal, Cloud, and Midnight colours and is, as the name implies, made from high-performance zirconia ceramic. The Oura Ring 4 Charging Case, which is purchased separately, makes it easier to recharge the smart ring on the go versus the square dock charger that comes with the traditional titanium ring. It offers up to five full recharges and easily fits in a pocket or bag. It recharges via USB-C in about 90 minutes, about the same amount of time it takes the ring itself to fully charge up. The case is made from recycled aluminum, making it durable and splash resistant. It works with the original titanium Oura Ring 4 as well.
There’s also a new multi-ring-support software feature that allows you to connect multiple Oura Ring devices to a single account and switch seamlessly among them. Health Panels, a first-of-its-kind integration, allows members to schedule and see the results of their lab tests directly in the Oura app, and works with Oura Advisor to provide personalized and actionable nutrition and activity recommendations. For US$99, you can link 50 biomarkers to daily patterns in sleep, readiness, and activity, re-testing based on your health goals and to see how your nutrition, exercise, and stress is helping you reach them. It’s supported by Quest Diagnostics, which also allows Oura members in the U.S. to schedule labs right from the app.
Zirconia ceramic is known for being used in jewelry and for its durable and lightweight properties. The ring is strengthened with a smooth, polished finish. The colours were inspired by traditional ceramics from around the world but also designed to complement a range of skin tones. Unlike painted or coated finishes, the colour is created with minerals inherent to the ceramic material itself, ensuring it remains rich and vibrant without fading over time.
Along with the ring and the charging case, the Oura Ring 4 Ceraomic comes with a Ceramic Polishing Pad, gifted with purchase, for shining it and wiping off scuffs from items like dumbbells or cookware.
Oura Ring 4 Ceramic is available in sizes from four up to 15 for US$499, $150 more than the original version. The ability to pair and switch among multiple rings in a single account is available via iOS and is coming to Android devices starting October 20, 2025. The charging case is U$99 and will be available to order in the coming months.
