Samsung has introduced its latest tablets, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, both entry level models that still incorporate the latest AI features.
Equipped with the largest screen yet on the Galaxy Tab FE series at 13.1 inches, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ also comes with Samsung’s intelligent features. It offers 90Hz refresh rate and up to 800 nits HBM for watching videos and gaming. Vision Booster automatic adjusts and enhances brightness and visibility, even in changing outdoor environments. Blue-light emissions are reduced to minimize eye strain as well.
The Galaxy Tab S10 FE has a smaller 10.9-inch screen with the same up to 90Hz refresh rate and performance upgrades for productivity and improved multitasking. It also has an upgraded 13MP high resolution rear camera. Four per cent lighter than its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE is easier to carry around as well and comes in a 5G version. It is rated to withstand water and dust with the same IP68 rating as the newest Galaxy Tab S10 series.
The Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ and Galaxy Tab S10 FE are the first models in the FE series to come equipped with AI capabilities out of the box. These include fan favourites like Circle to Search with Google, Samsung Notes, AI assistants that launch with a single tap of the Galaxy AI Key on the Book Cover Keyboard, Object Eraser, Best Face, Auto Trim, and more. The tablets also come pre-loaded with LumaFusion, Goodnotes, Clip Studio Paint, and more, alongside other spotlight apps like Noteshelf 316, Sketchbook, and Picsart17.
The FE series tablets seamlessly integrate with other Samsung Galaxy devices. Similar to the Galaxy Tab S10, you can access a comprehensive overview of your home status with the Home Insight widget dashboard and 3D Map View feature. Summarized status updates of SmartThings-enabled devices give you peace of mind when out and about.
As with any Galaxy device, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series is fortified by Samsung Knox multi-layer security to safeguard critical information and protect against vulnerabilities with end-to-end hardware, real-time threat detection, and collaborative protection.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ will be available in Canada in gray, silver, or blue starting April 10, 2025. The Galaxy Tab S10 FE + Wi-Fi is $900 for the 128GB version and $1,100 for the 256GB. The Galaxy Tab S10 FE Wi-Fi is $700 (128GB) and $850 (256GB); while the Galaxy Tab S10 FE 5G comes in a 128GB variant for $850. They can all accept microSD card media up to 2TB and come with an S Pen (BLE not supported).
