The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 earbuds, which were shown at CES 2024 earlier this year alongside other new and upcoming models in the line, are now officially available.
They connect via Bluetooth 5.4 and feature the Qualcomm S5 Sound Gen 2 platform with Snapdragon Sound and support for aptX Lossless, aptX Adaptive Audio, Bluetooth LE Audio, LC3, AURACAST and more.
They bring Qualcomm RF Front End (RFFE) technology to Sennheiser’s TrueResponse transducer technology. The improved antenna design brings greater RF sensitivity, says Sennheiser, along with improved signal-to-noise ratio and dynamic role switching faster connections and better signal continuity while on the go. This all happens more quickly than with previous generation versions of the Momentum true wireless earbuds, which Sennheiser says results in a “more natural experience when watching, communicating and even gaming on devices that put emphasis on lower-latency performance.”

The Momentum True Wireless 4 offers up to 7.5 hours of continuous listening, extendable to 30 hours with the included USB-C charging case. They can also be quick charged to get up to an extra hour of additional listening after just an eight-minute charge. The case also has integrated Qi wireless charging, and a battery protection mode that optimizes charging cycles.
The six-microphone array improves voice pickup and the effectiveness of the Adaptive Noise Cancelling system with faster and stronger reaction to environmental noise scenes. An adaptive equalizer monitors the frequency makeup of incoming audio streams for a more consistent sound across musical genres or content types such as movies, podcasts, and games, while the popular Sound Personalization, Sound Zone, and Sound Check features are brought into this new generation of hardware via the Smart Control App (iOS and Android).
Additionally, a revised ear tip and nozzle design offer better protection from earwax. They earbuds also ship with a fit kit with various sizes of included ear tips and ear fins. There’s a fit test built into the Smart Control app to help ensure optimum bass response and noise cancelling performance for each individual listener.
The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 earbuds are available in Canada in black copper, metallic silver, and graphite for $429.95.
