SharkNinja, Inc. has announced the Shark PowerDetect ThermaCharged 2-in-1 robot vacuum and mop, the first from Shark robots to combine advanced ThermaCharged heated mop wash and dry technology with PowerDetect smart sensor floor cleaning.
This innovation combines optimized suction with precision edge cleaning, while the NeverTouch Pro Base uses thermal heated mop washing and drying to prevent redepositing dirt, delivering a consistently fresh, hands-free clean, says the company.
The PowerDetect ThermaCharged includes adaptive intelligence, advanced navigation, and an automatic thermal heated mop wash and dry in the base. Features like NeverStuck obstacle climbing and DryGuard carpet protection ensure uninterrupted cleaning and dry carpets.
After every clean, the base automatically washes the mop pad with 185°F water and dries it with 175°F heated air using ThermaCharged technology. Every time the robot starts, it begins with a freshly cleaned mop as well. It also empties debris into a 60-day capacity bin and refills the water tank, delivering a hands-free, high-performance clean that is automated and effortless.
DirtDetect Technology identifies high-debris zones and boosts suction automatically, while Edge Detect and Floor Detect sensors optimize cleaning across multiple surfaces, including hardwood, tile, and carpet.
NeverStuck technology climbs over thresholds up to 0.7 inches, and a DryGuard Guarantee ensures carpets stay 100% dry because it knows to leave the mop at the base while vacuuming. AI-powered object detection recognizes and avoids objects in areas, removing the need for pre-clean prep. With up to three hours of runtime, it delivers edge-to-edge cleaning that adapts to dynamic household needs.
