Sharp Electronics of Canada Ltd. has launched the Sharp EPC131 and EPC251 Advanced Colour Display Series in Canada.
These new energy-efficient 13-inch and 25-inch displays that look like paper are designed to provide enticing visual solution for hospitality, transportation, retail, and education, even when the power is turned off. They are effectively a digital alternative to static signs that can be used for digital signage, presentations, interactive learning, and more as well.

The Sharp ePaper displays offer quick and flexible installation options. The slim, lightweight-design supports landscape, portrait, face-up, and face-down operation with multiple mounting points. The Sharp ePaper displays offer always-on visibility with as low as zero power consumption when viewing a static image, only drawing minimal power when updating the displayed image. The displays ensure unimpaired legibility in both bright environments, as well as semi-outdoor settings. You get static digital images with a low reflection and paper-like quality.
