TOA Canada has introduced several new products for its commercial customers and announced the appointment of a new staff appointment in its technical support space.
The first new products is the BT-01 Bluetooth Module, a solution for integrating wireless audio streaming into TOA’s 9000M2, 900, 800, and BG series amplifiers. Designed with advanced features and user convenience in mind, the BT-01 elevates professional audio systems by adding reliable Bluetooth connectivity to the mix.
It boasts an easy-to-use interface, enabling seamless audio streaming from Bluetooth-enabled devices like smartphones, tablets, and laptops. LED indicators clearly show when the module is powered on and when a Bluetooth connection is active. There’s a simple toggle switch for pairing and reset, toggle up to reset, and toggle down to initiate pairing for easy and intuitive set-up.

The BT-01 allows pairing or resetting via dry contact controls for added convenience (Short 1 and 2 to Pair, Short 3 and 4 to reset.) It comes with a DC power adapter and an external antenna to ensure optimal range and connectivity stability.
The BT-01 is ideal for a variety of applications, including conference rooms, houses of worship, retail environments, and educational environments. Eliminating the need for physical audio connections simplifies system configuration while maintaining reliability and sound quality.
Second, there’s the D5000 Series digital wireless microphone series, ideal for the classroom, office meeting rooms, banquet halls, courthouses, or multipurpose halls. While it has previously been a special-order product, the D5000 Series is officially being added to TOA’s catalogue of sound solutions.

The core inspiration of this series was “voice clarity and comfort for any speaking scenario.” TOA’s proprietary digital audio processing ensures optimal sound quality and intelligibility for speech applications. You can get up to 32 simultaneous channels (region dependent), 15 compatible channels per 6 MHz, 20 compatible channels per 8 MHz TV channel. Proprietary encryption settings prevent data leakage, and there’s an approximately 100-metre operating range (line of sight).
Leverage dedicated maintenance software for visual monitoring of any jam radio waves or changes to incoming radio waves. There’s assured signal stability via the digital diversity method, and control of peripherals is possible using contact output.
Finally, technical support specialist Vitaliy Dedyukh is now on board as the newest member of the product development team. A seasoned technical support specialist, he has a Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, as well as nearly a decade of experience in the AV world.

“We’re thrilled to have Vitaliy transition into TOA Canada’s product development efforts,” says Rico Lucia, Director & General Manager, TOA Canada Corporation. “His deep understanding of our customers’ needs, as well as technical expertise made him an ideal candidate to drive us forward into the next phase of sound solutions.
“We recognize that the best leaders often emerge from those who intimately understand the challenges customers face and the solutions they need,” he continues. “By elevating team members like Vitaliy, we reinforce our dedication to innovation driven by empathy and real experience with our clients and partners.”
“I’m truly quite grateful for this opportunity,” adds Dedyukh, “and I’m excited to bring our customer’s voice directly into our development process moving forward.”
