Anker has introduced two new models in its Solix line of home back-up power devices, the Solix F3000 portable power station and the Solix X1 home energy storage system.
The Anker Solix F3000 portable power station offers a long runtime and rapid recharging capabilities, making it ideal for extended outages as well as power on the go. It can also seamlessly integrate with gas generators thanks to its pass-through compatibility, which allows for connecting the power station to a generator via accessories. This enables simultaneous charging and discharging at up to 3600W output, which matches the highest 120V gas generators on the market.

The unit maintains a full 3600W output, able to power household appliances, even while charging. The ultra-low idle power consumption helps conserve energy during outages. With ultra-low no-load consumption (24.4W for appliances under 200W), it doubles backup time compared to conventional portable power stations, says Anker, offering extended runtime. Internal lab testing shows the F3000 can maintain idle standby for up to 125 hours. For low-wattage appliances like a typical refrigerator, standby time lasts up to 42 hours.
Along with refrigerators, it can also power high-wattage appliances like medical devices and power tools simultaneously. For heavier demands like air conditioners or water pumps, connect two F3000 units using the Anker Solix Double Voltage Hub (sold separately) to achieve 240V/7200W output. The station also features ultra-fast AC recharging, reaching to full in just one hour and 18 minutes, ideal for a pending potential emergency, like a storm that could cause a power outage.
The F3000 supports dual solar inputs (165V + 60V), achieving 2400W solar recharging with most existing rigid or portable panels, no new accessories required. This high-efficiency design allows you to harness solar energy cost-effectively, reducing reliance on the grid and lowering electricity bills.

The power station can expand its capacity up to 12288Wh by adding three external battery packs. A single unit provides up to half a day of backup for essential appliances, while the max configuration extends coverage to four days, ideal for prolonged outages.
When paired with the Anker Solix Bi-Directional Inlet Box and Smart Meter, the F3000 can connect directly to home circuits, allowing DIY installation, optimized energy storage, and enhanced grid resilience.
The Anker Solix F3000 Portable Power Station is available in Canada for $3,899.
For greater, permanent installation needs, the Anker Solix X1 Home Energy Storage System features a stackable and compact modular battery design, wide temperature range performance, and an innovative energy optimizer. And it’s now available for homeowners to order directly from Anker.
The Anker Solix X1 boasts a sleek design and advanced features, ensuring a steady and sustainable power supply that caters to the growing demand for energy independence for solar-enabled homes facing grid instability and potential power outages. It’s crafted to provide residential developers with a comprehensive and scalable energy storage system for smart homes in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.

It offers customized power with a modular design, affording a flexible energy capacity range from 5kWh to 180kWh and power output from 3kW to 36kW. The unit integrates power and battery modules in a sleek, minimalist 5.9-inch design that can operate in extreme temperatures, from -20°C to 55°C (-4°F to 131°F). It also comes with a NEMA Type 4 assembly ingress rating for additional protection
Powered by an energy optimizer, each battery pack operates independently, delivering up to 2,350 kWh more usable energy across the full system configuration. InfiniPower Thermal Performance ensures continuous power supply at 1.1× the rated output.

The battery module warranty lasts for 10 years or 16.5MWh throughput, whichever comes first.
The Anker Solix X1 Energy Storage System is available in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island and starts at $12,637.
