Canadian Rocker Bryan Adams to Open IFA Berlin’s 100th Anniversary Show

Canadian icon Bryan Adams will play an exclusive concert on Thursday, 5 Sept. 2024, to kick off this year’s annual IFA show in Berlin. His performance takes place the evening ahead of the trade show and marks the start of the five-day concert program at the Sommergarten in the historic heart of Messe Berlin.

The concert by Bryan Adams, who is one of the most successful musicians of the last 40 years with over 100 million records sold, is expected to attract an audience of 10,000. The concert is slated to start at 7 pm. Tickets start at 86 EUR (approximately 94 USD. $100 CDN) and will be available through ticket seller Eventim and through the IFA website starting on May 30th.

IFA 100 takes place September 6 to 10 2024 in Berlin, Germany. Press days are 4-5 September. This year to celebrate the century of IFA, the event organizers are teasing the show will be used for significant global product launches in addition to a full entertainment and concert program at the iconic Sommergarten, starting with Canada’s very own Bryan Adams. IFA will place an emphasis on key growth segments of the tech industry including AI, gaming, audio, fitness and digital health. IFA 2024 is expecting its biggest show to date.
