Ambisonic Systems by Origin Acoustics is set to display its new collection of luxury landscape speakers at CEDIA Expo 2024, which takes place in Denver, CO next week.
The landscape speakers complement its new Hexagonal Bollards, and are honeycomb shaped. Each speaker will feature Ambisonic Systems’ proprietary acoustic technology along with high-performance round planar magnetic ribbon tweeter technology for “superior high frequency reproduction and clarity with lower distortion at higher power levels,” says the company. There is also adjustable impedance settings for 8Ω and 70v/100v.
The Ambisonic Systems Landscape Speaker Collection is comprised of Bollard and satellite speakers in three sizes, a surface mount speaker, and subwoofer.
The Bollard landscape speakers come in three sizes: ALSB106 10” subwoofer with 6.5” driver, ALSB85 8” subwoofer with 5.5” driver, and the ALSB64 6.5” subwoofer with a 4.5” driver. Satellite landscape speakers also come in three sizes: 3 ½” driver, 5 ¼” driver, and 6” driver. The Surface Mount landscape speaker has a 6 ½” driver and the Landscape subwoofer an 8” woofer.
Ambisonic Systems speaker sleeves are crafted using premium aluminum for its superior acoustic properties, ability to withstand harsh outdoor elements while maintaining the aluminum’s natural beauty, and sustainability benefits for the environment. The sleeve styles are available in three colours, Midnight Black, Stargazing Silver, and Champagne, and are backed by a five-year warranty. The modular design makes them easy to dismantle, refurbish, or replace critical components for longevity.
Ambisonic Systems Bollard landscape speakers are now shipping. The collection’s satellite, surface mount and subwoofer will be available Spring 2025.
