Hisense will be exhibiting at CES 2025 next month in Las Vegas, and the company has revealed a teaser of what will be at its Central Hall booth when it comes to the smart home and AI appliances space.
Hisense will showcase its ConnectLife platform for the smart kitchen once again, which offers intelligent cooking features. Dish Designer, for example, developed in collaboration with Microsoft using Azure AI Studio, is an AI-powered recipe assistant that suggests personalized recipes based on available ingredients, dietary restrictions, and preferences.

The ConnectLife Meal Planner allows families to plan their weekly meals efficiently with AI-powered suggestions that consider dietary needs, nutritional goals, and available ingredients. The Meal Planner can leverage Dish Designer’s capabilities to customize recipes for different family members’ preferences.

The biggest news when it comes to ConnectLife is that Hisense is opening up integration beyond its own ecosystem via Google Home. You will now be able to control third-party smart home products, including Matter or ‘Works with Google Home’ certified items, like lights, smart sockets, and sensors. Thus, you can seamlessly integrate everything from Hisense TVs to home appliances with third-party devices like doorbells, curtains, lighting, and more, controlling everything from a single app with convenient one-touch modes and custom automations. The ConnectLife 3D room view provides an elegant visual interface to monitor and control all your connected devices in real time.
With that said, the entire experience seamlessly connects with Hisense’s suite of smart appliances as well. What are these appliances? Here’s a rundown.
Jumbo Side-by-Side Refrigerator

The new Jumbo Side-by-Side Refrigerator is designed to maximize capacity without increasing the exterior footprint. It has unique features inside like a dedicated pizza space along with sliding dividers and adjustable door bins. The on-door ice and water dispenser accommodates larger tumbler cups, and the built-in 22-inch smart screen, powered by ConnectLife, allows you to use the refrigerator as a connected hub for streaming media, accessing recipes, and managing smart devices. You can get a version of the fridge without the screen as well.
Crafted from fingerprint-resistant stainless steel with an antibacterial liner and advanced LED lighting, this refrigerator is both durable and stylish.
FreshVault French Door Refrigerator

Designed to help you preserve food for longer, ideal for bigger families as well as individuals who want to keep larger amounts of food fresher for longer, the Hisense FreshVault French Door Refrigerator has a vacuum-sealed drawer, which creates a low-oxygen environment to keep meat fresh for up to five days while keeping the fridge 99.99% bacteria-free. The VersaTemp+ middle drawer offers flexible temperature control with a three-layer vacuum glass door with anti-UV and Low-E technology, ideal for storing wines and beverages.

A pure flat door design and black stainless steel finish create a modern aesthetic. It also has a tall ice and water dispenser for tumblers.
LuxCare Mini Washer-Dryer Combo

For the laundry room, there’s the LuxCare Mini Washer-Dryer Combo, a compact, all-in-one solution that seamlessly integrates into bedrooms and walk-in closets. Featuring Active Water Washing Technology, it uses billions of microbubbles to penetrate fabric fibers, gently removing stains without harsh agitation. There’s a rapid 79-minute wash-and-dry cycle and Advanced Autodosing System that manages detergent for up to 15 cycles.
Steam sanitization is ideal for intimates and specialty fabrics, ensuring 99.99% bacterial elimination, 100% mite removal, and effective HPV inactivation. The machine is also whisper quiet and is designed with a retro-modern aesthetic.
Smart UltraSlim Air Conditioner

The Smart UltraSlim Window Air Conditioner sports what Hisense claims is the lowest indoor profile on the market. The 12,000 BTU inverter unit cools spaces up to 550 square feet in size and offers an almost silent operation, at 34% quieter than traditional models. Its L-shaped configuration incorporates an advanced cross-flow fan, an optimized indoor air profile, large air louvers, and a compact heat exchanger, delivering powerful cooling.
The installation bracket simplifies setup that Hisense says takes just 15 minutes and allows the window to remain functional, offering fresh air access without dismounting the unit. The bracket is designed to last up to 10 years, enduring at least 10 installation and uninstallation cycles annually. Sliding side curtains enhance energy efficiency by isolating outdoor air, reducing leaks, and blocking excess light for optimal privacy and comfort.
Like other Hisense appliances large and small, the Smart UltraSlim AC unit integrates with the ConnectLife app, enabling remote monitoring, scheduling, and control for added convenience. It is also Matter-certified, allowing easy integration with other smart home platforms.
Smart Tower Portable Air Conditioner

For those who prefer a portable air conditioner for a specific room or in rented apartments, condos, and homes, there’s the Smart Tower Portable Air Conditioner. The sleek, modern solution is built to last up to 10 years and is Matter-compatible. It’s a powerful 8,000 BTU unit that cools areas up to 350 square feet, reaching spaces as long as 21 feet and as high as seven feet with its advanced vertical crossflow fan and wide-angle rotation.
Its energy-efficient inverter technology minimizes power consumption and reduces noise by 30% compared to traditional models. Simple installation takes less than 10 minutes thanks to a press-and-snap air duct hose and easy-slide window panel. Additionally, it features an auto-drain system and a user-friendly drain adapter, making maintenance easy.
