Jabra Perform Plus and Jabra Perform 55 are integrated retail communications and device fleet management solutions for multi-shift retail environments. The cloud platform and headset provide retail IT and operations teams with centralized control of shared headsets across stores and locations to help store associates stay connected.

As retailers deploy more connected technology across their stores, managing growing numbers of shared devices across locations becomes increasingly complex, says Jabra. Store associates need fast access to colleagues and information while serving customers, and IT and operations teams need a scalable way to deploy, configure, and secure that technology.
Jabra Perform Plus and Jabra Perform 55 combine centralized device fleet management with hands-free communication to help retailers scale more consistently across locations.

With Jabra Perform Plus, IT and operations teams have a centralized platform to deploy, configure, secure, and manage headset fleets from one platform remotely. They can manage firmware updates and maintain approved settings, conduct compliance checks, and monitor performance remotely. The platform is designed to help retailers maintain consistent device experiences while helping to reduce the need for on-site IT support.
Developed based on feedback from retail teams, the Jabra Perform 55 retail headset gives store associates instant access to colleagues, managers, and information through push-to-talk and voice-led workflows. This helps them resolve questions without having to step away from the customer.

High-performance microphones block 99% of background noise so associates can communicate clearly, even in busy retail environments. The headset is lightweight and discreet, and IP54 rated for protection against dust and spills. It’s compatible with leading push-to-talk platforms including Zebra Workcloud Sync, Zello, and Zoom. You get up to 20 hours of talk time or 50 hours of push-to-talk time, and a 10-minute fast charge provides an additional 10 hours of talk time or 25 hours of push-to-talk time. Face2Face mode instantly mutes calls and audio when lifting the boom arm, enabling seamless customer interactions.

Jabra is also introducing the Jabra Perform 5-Bay Universal Charging Base, helping retailers keep shared headsets organized, charged, and ready between shifts. One-touch pairing with Android devices allows for quick setup between shifts. The headset has a replaceable battery and ear cushions and can receive firmware updates as they become available.
Jabra Perform 55 is available now for an MSRP of US$230 while the Jabra Perform 5-Bay Universal Charging Base is US$250. Jabra Perform Plus will be available as an Early Access Version in Q4 2026, with core fleet management capabilities at launch and expanded functionality planned to follow.
