CES 2026: Hisense Debuts 116UXS RGB miniLED TV, 163MX microLED

Hisense plans to showcase many new TVs at CES 2026, including the XR10 laser projector that was announced in late December. There will also be the massive 116UXS RGB miniLED TV, which builds on the traditional red, green, and blue backlight structure to add a fourth colour to the mix: Sky Blue-Cyan. According to Hisense, this hue is one of the most commonly missing portions of the natural light spectrum.

The TV affords advanced 134-bit colour control and boasts a colour coverage exceeding 110% of BT.2020. This will allow for more faithful reproduction of skies, water and other images with cyan-green tones. The optimized light-source design also reduces harmful blue light by up to 80% so you can enjoy a more comfortable viewing experience when binge-watching shows, catching a movie, or enjoying the big game.

The 116UXS is the first product powered by RGB Mini-LED evo. Want something smaller and at a more accessible price point? The UR9 and UR8 RGB miniLED TVs come in sizes from 55 inches up to 100 inches and are designed to deliver richer, deeper colour as well, with improved gradients, cleaner motion, and more lifelike tones.

Hisense will also be showing RGBY microLED TVs,which add a different fourth primary colour, yellow, so you get more realistic yellow, gold, and amber tones. For those who want something on the larger side, there’s the 163MX microLED that incorporates this four-colour architecture. It also uses Hisense’s new Hi-View AI engine RGB that works to optimize colour and detail, creating a more immersive and lifelike picture with up to 100% of BT.2020. It also uses self-emissive pixels, so you can expect wonderful blacks, too.

Hisense will be displaying its innovations in Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center during CES 2026, which takes place January 6-9, 2026 in Las Vegas.
