Clicks Technology has introduced a new Clicks Keyboard for the Motorola Razr Ultra flip phone, adding a physical QWERTY keyboard to the mix for those who prefer that input method.
The Clicks Keyboard for the Motorola Razr Ultra is a keyboard and protective case in one. Employing an ergonomic design, it has backlit keys for fast and accurate typing while affording full protection of the phone. When paired with the external display, you can compose e-mails, text messages, and direct messages without flipping open the device.

Use the Clicks app for Android to customize shortcuts and manage firmware updates. The case charges via USB-C. Pre-orders are now open at US$139.
Clicks Technology introduced its first keyboard case, exclusively for iPhone, several years ago at CES 2025. Last year, it finally went on sale in Canada at Best Buy, with different coloured versions for the iPhone 15 series phones. Earlier this year, Clicks Technology expanded to include keyboard cases for various Android phone models, including for the Motorola Razr and Razr+ (2024 models), Google Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9, and Samsung Galaxy S25.

The case harkens back to the old days of BlackBerry devices, offering a taste of nostalgia for those who recall using those phones. For a new generation, it’s a retro feel with a physical keyboard that they haven’t used yet on a mobile device, making it feel trendy.

I’ve tried the Clicks Keyboard on an iPhone 15 and it has some additional advantages. You can type while still enjoying the full real estate of your screen, so you can do things like see an entire message thread versus just part of it. There’s also satisfying tactile feedback, backlit keys, and shortcut keys. It takes some time to get comfortable using the keyboard. While it isn’t necessarily for me, plenty of people swear by these keyboard cases. And if you are going to pick up a new Motorola Razr Ultra 2025 phone, you have the option of getting this case for it, too.
