Dirac Live Room Correction Expands to Additional Denon AV Receivers

Dirac has announced that its Dirac Live Room Correction solution will be available on additional new Denon receivers: the Denon AVR-X2900H, AVR-X3900H, AVR-X2900H DAB, and AVC-X3900H.

The expanded availability brings Dirac’s room correction technology to a broader range of home theatre systems, enabling more users to experience sound optimized not only for their equipment, but for the room itself.

Dirac Live Room Correction addresses both magnitude and phase distortions introduced by the listening space, delivering improved clarity, more precise imaging, and a more consistent listening experience across multiple seating positions. By calibrating the system to the space, Dirac Live ensures sound is reproduced as intended, regardless of layout or acoustic challenges.

The Denon AVR-X2900H, AVR-X3900H, AVR-X2900H DAB, and AVC-X3900H AV receivers are built for multi-channel home audio and video playback. Powered by HEOS, the lineup is designed to support immersive home entertainment experiences across both dedicated theatre rooms and everyday living spaces.

The addition of Dirac Live Room Correction to Denon’s AVR-X2900H 7.2-channel AVR provides customers with a meaningful upgrade path, says the company. Meanwhile, the AVR-X3900H, with its 11.4-channel processing and four independent subwoofer outputs, delivers greater potential when paired with Dirac Live Bass Control and Active Room Treatment, improving low-frequency performance and overall room integration.

Dirac Live Room Correction will be available as an upgrade for the Denon AVR-X2900H, AVR-X3900H, AVR-X2900H DAB, and AVC-X3900H beginning May 18, 2026.
