Erikson Announces Four Internal Promotions

Erikson Multimedia, an Exertis/JAM business and a distributor of consumer electronics brands in Canada including Adidas, JBL, Marshall, Urbanista, Harman Kardon, and Urbanears has announced the promotion of four long serving employees.

“I am pleased to announce these new promotions that will position us for our next phase of growth and will set the business up for future success. These are great examples of Erikson attracting and developing top quality talent,” said Wayne Mayall, Vice President of Erikson Multimedia.

Jocelyn Rowcliffe becomes Director of Merchandising. In this newly created position Jocelyn will be responsible for managing existing distributed brand relationships and will continue to develop the team and manage the growing list of partners. Jocelyn has been at Erikson Multimedia for 9 years and has managed many of Erikson key vendor relationships including JBL and Marshall. She has been at the heart of the Erikson vendor strategy and relationship and has contributed to the success of those businesses

Allison Chow is being promoted to Director of New Business Development. Allison has been with Jam for the past 9 years and led the marketing team before transitioning to product management. Within the product management team, Allison has been responsible for much of the new category partnerships including gaming, accessories, and PPE. In this new role, Allison will be managing Erikson new category brand relationships and will continue to develop a team to manage the new businesses.

Steven Steinberg has been promoted to Director of Sales. Steven has been with Jam for over 20 years and has been key in our customer relationships and driving our revenue targets. Steven has proven his ability to accomplish the sales objectives set out by the business and to effectively lead Erikson’s sales team. In this new role, Steve will continue to focus on the development of Erikson Multimedia’s sales teams with all account managers reporting directly to him.

Renee Mazzola has been promoted to Senior Director of Consumer Operations. For the past 29 years Renee has been instrumental in Erikson’s businesses and involved in managing many aspects of the day-to-day operations. In her new role, Renee will continue to develop Erikson’s teams and focus on strengthening the operations of the business.
