Canadian distributor Erikson Consumer has announced the opening of the company’s first ever consolidated showroom. After months of planning and construction, the company has established a purpose-built space that highlights all brands under the Erikson Consumer portfolio. The space has been built in a modular fashion incorporating the same fixtures used by their retail partners, allowing for brands to be profiled and catered to the needs of a specific retailer, who can then visualize the displays for a true in-store experience. The space also can also be adapted for retail and dealer training purposes and for developing planograms.

Prior to this showroom, each product category including Multimedia, Luxury Audio and Custom Install, Home Comfort, Mobile Audio and Musical Instruments had their own separate areas to highlight their respective brands, now all brands can be viewed and celebrated in one consolidated area.

“Earlier this year, we hosted our annual dealer show at our headquarters in Montreal” shared Nataliya Potapova, Director of Marketing, Erikson Consumer. “For many dealers” adds Potapova, “it was their first time to experience the impressive infrastructure and amenities available at Erikson Consumer’s head office. Our dealers were so impressed that we were motivated to continue to create opportunities for dealers to visit, and our new showroom creates not only a great welcoming space, but also a perfect opportunity for our dealers and partners to experience all our brands in a single area”.

Fun touches include integrated lighting that can change to the corporate colour of a brand being highlighted, a full video conferencing wall utilizing communication tools that Erikson Consumer represents, and modular peg boards that can easily be adapted to add or minimize products to cater to the needs of dealer guests on premise.

After months of construction, Erikson’s new showroom is ready to welcome guests.
