Fuse Audio has launched a Kickstarter campaign for its new GLD Vertical Vinyl record player, an upright record player that offers a bold style statement. The response has been overwhelming: in under 12 hours, the project was fully funded, raising $215,000 from 1,012 backers.
Finished in gold and black trim and wrapped in real ashtree wood veneer, it features 36W speakers for an immersive listening experience, complete with a one-inch twitter and four-inch woofer.
The Kickstarter campaign launched October 15, 2024 and gives early backers the option to buy one starting at US$199.
“We’re excited to bring the GLD to life through Kickstarter,” says Joseph Wu, President at Fuse Audio. “This platform allows us to connect directly with our community and offer them something truly special, a record player that combines visual appeal with extraordinary sound quality.”
Combining mid-century modern design with the latest tech, it includes Bluetooth in and out so you can stream your vinyl to Bluetooth enabled devices or play digital music through the record player.
