IFA 2025: Hisense Announces Third FIFA World Cup Sponsorship

Hisense has confirmed that it will serve as the Official Sponsor of FIFA World Cup for the third time, reinforcing the collaboration that has been in place since 2018. The company made the announcement at IFA 2025, currently underway in Berlin.

Hisense’s partnership has included initial branding at the 2018 FIFA World Cup, content cooperation via FIFA+ in 2022, technology integration in VAR operations at the FIFA Club World Cup 2025, and now the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026 sponsorship. The 2026 tournament is set to be the first held across three nations with 48 teams.

To facilitate the viewing experience at home, Hisense is, of course, showcasing plenty of its TV innovations at IFA 2025. This includes the 116-inch RGB-MiniLED TV first shown at CES 2025 earlier this year.

Hisense is also showing its M2 Pro smart mini projector, which we got an exclusive look at in New York earlier this year. The mini projector can project an image up to 200 inches in size both indoors and out, delivering 4K UHD resolution and 1,300 ANSI lumens through its Triple Laser technology. It comes with the VIDAA Smart TV interface built in for instant access to streaming services and has integrated speakers and even voice assistant capability. It sells for US$1,300.

Further, Hisense is demonstrating its full line of smart, AI-driven laser projectors and AI-driven home appliances that fit the AI Your Life mantra for creating routines and personalized experienced throughout the home. Along with the aforementioned MiniLED TV and the M2 Pro smart mini projector, this also includes the L9Q TriChroma Laser Cinema projector, which was also shown at CES 2025, the Laser Mini Projector C2 Ultra, and its ConnectLife appliances.
