JVCKENWOOD has launched its new Kenwood Glass Core true wireless earbuds series with two models, the Glass Core KH-CRZ90T and the flagship GLASS Core Pro KH-CRZ100T.
Available now, both models are engineered to deliver immersive, high-fidelity sound. They come with 10mm drivers featuring a glass diaphragm that the company says delivers “exceptional rigidity, fast response, and optimal damping for precise, well-controlled sound.” They boast a MEMS driver paired with a two-way bi-amp drive system. Dedicated amplifiers independently power each frequency band, reducing interference while improving clarity, depth, and high-frequency resolution.

Support for the Hi-Res Wireless codec LDAC enables playback up to 96kHz/24-bit. When taking calls, AI-powered noise reduction ensures clear voice transmission by suppressing background noise, while sidetone functionality lets you hear your own voice naturally.
Both models feature advanced liquid silicone ear tips designed to create an airtight seal that enhances passive noise reduction and overall sound quality. The flexible material provides a soft, low-pressure fit for extended listening sessions, while the high-grip finish prevents slipping and improves stability.

Ambient Mode offers versatility for different situations, while the Glass Core Pro exclusively features Adaptive Noise Cancelling Mode, which automatically adjusts to surrounding environments. There’s also Earplug Mode and Connection Stability Mode for consistent performance.
The GLASS Core series features multi-point connectivity, low latency mode, independent left/right earbud use, and fast pairing. Personalize the listening experience with five built-in sound modes: Flat, Bass, Clear, Dynamic, and Vocal, along with three customizable presets. The companion app also includes an earbud finder function for added peace of mind.

The Glass Core Pro delivers up to 49 hours of total playback with the charging case, including up to 14.5 hours of continuous use with noise cancelling off (12 hours with noise cancelling on), plus an additional 34.5 hours from the case. The Glass Core offers up to 44 hours of total playback, with up to 17 hours from the earbuds (13 hours with noise cancelling on) and an additional 27 hours from the case. Both models incorporate glass-inspired transparent liquid silicone ear tips in five sizes.
The Glass Core Pro also introduces noise cancelling performance aligned with IEC standards in the true wireless category. A high-performance Bluetooth IC enables smooth and powerful noise control, while an enlarged diaphragm improves signal linearity for more accurate cancellation. There’s a high-precision microphone system using Knowles MEMS microphones, supported by a feedback microphone positioned at the nozzle tip and an optimized feedforward layout for stable operation across changing environments.

To further personalize the experience, the Glass Core Pro integrates advanced sound enhancement technologies. Through the Kenwood app, you can generate a customized sound profile based on your unique ear canal characteristics using a proprietary algorithm. Additionally, spatial audio technology derived from JVCKENWOOD’s EXOFIELD technology recreates the ambience and scale of live venues, delivering a deeply immersive, theatre-like experience, says the company. K2 sound enhancement technology restores lost data in compressed audio, automatically elevating sound quality to Hi-Res equivalent, even when using standard codecs such as SBC or AAC. This, says JVCKENWOOD, results in a wider soundstage and enhanced detail.
