MWC 2025: Ulefone Debuts AI-Powered Rugged Smartphones

Ulefone is showcasing its line of AI-powered rugged smartphones at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona this week, including the Armor 29 and Armor 32 series, along with the flagship Armor 28 Ultra series.

As the brand’s most rugged smartphone to date, the Ulefone Armor 28 series features thermal imaging and military-grade durability. Set to be available globally on March 17, 2025, it, along with the other phones in the line, boasts AI technologies.

Ulefone Armor 28 Ultra

Designed mainly for professional use and outdoor adventurers, the Armor 28 Ultra Series is powered by the Dimensity 9300+ chipset and has one-inch Sony IMX989 primary sensor and 64MP ultra-night vision camera with four IR LEDs. There are two models in the line: Armor 28 Ultra and Armor 28 Ultra Thermal Vision, the latter of which integrates a 640 x 512 resolution ThermoVue T2 thermal imaging module that can be used for firefighting, industrial inspection, and emergency response.

The Armor 29 series phones have a 21,200mAh battery with built-in warning light and versatile camping light; while the Armor 30 Series features a 12,800mAh battery, 118 dB loudspeaker (Infinite Halo 2.0), 3.4-inch subscreen, and a 64MP night vision camera with four IR LEDs for advanced imaging. The Armor 31 series boasts a massive 25,500mAh solid-state battery (operable at -30°C), ideal for extreme conditions, alongside a 118 dB loudspeaker and a 3.4-inch sub-screen. The Armor 32 series combines a built-in projector, 25,500mAh battery, warning light, and versatile camping light.
