Rogbid has introduced its Model R2 full-screen 4G Android smartwatch, which boasts a more stylish design compared to its predecessors along with enhanced 4G connectivity that the company says provides a more stable experience. The watch has always been improved in terms of battery life, camera functionality, and health monitoring.
Finished with a sleek metal body, the Rogbid R2 Ultra has slimmer edges than its predecessor, with two physical buttons on the right side that are smaller and more streamlined than on the R2. Between them is an 8MP retractable, rotating camera that can swivel 190°. This multifunctional camera serves as a front-facing camera for face unlocking, selfies, and video calls, while also functioning as a rear camera for photos, videos, and QR code scanning.
The watch has a 1.75-inch AMOLED screen with 520 x 520-pixel resolution. On the left side is a nano SIM slot with independent network connectivity outside of your smartphone. The built-in microphone and speaker make hands-free calls simple and convenient.
The Model R2 Ultra offers Bluetooth and 4G modes support, allowing seamless syncing with smartphone apps to monitor fitness and health metrics. Additionally, its integrated GPS offers real-time location and route tracking, eliminating the need to pair with a smartphone.
In terms of health tracking, it can track heart rate and SpO2 sensors, along with sleep monitoring. It offers a variety of sports modes to track different fitness activities. Powered by a multi-core processor and ample memory, the Model R2U ensures smooth and quick performance and allows you to download apps directly from the Google Play Store.
Ready to use right out of the box, this smartwatch runs Android 8.1 and comes with a 1250mAh battery that provides up to 12 days of standby in Bluetooth mode. Its IP67 waterproof rating makes it ideal for everyday wear.
