Naim Audio has announced Mu-so Utopia, the next generation for the all-in-one wireless audio system developed with Focal. The single-enclosure design combines music streaming, source connectivity and television audio support, including Dolby Atmos compatibility.

Mu-so Utopia is designed to serve as a central audio system for digital music, televisions, game consoles, CD players and Blu-ray players. Its connectivity options allow these sources to be used through one system, while Dolby Atmos support adds spatial audio playback for films, television programs and concerts.

The system incorporates electronics developed by Naim and acoustic technology from Focal. It uses 15 speaker drivers and the highest-powered amplification yet fitted to a Mu-so model. Playback and system functions can be accessed through a simplified control interface. Mu-so Utopia features a black aluminum chassis with the red accent associated with Focal’s Utopia products. The enclosure is intended for use as a freestanding audio system in residential spaces.
Mu-so Utopia will be available beginning in January 2027 through authorized retailers in the Focal Powered by Naim network. Pricing is $6,500 USD and $8,500 CAD.

Founded in 1973, Naim Audio designs and manufactures high-end audio equipment, including amplifiers, music streaming players and all-in-one systems. The company develops its circuitry, DR technology and component selection in-house and assembles nearly 70 per cent of its products by hand at its facility in Salisbury, England. Naim works with French acoustics company Focal on integrated audio systems.
