Roon Adds 15 New Partner Devices to its Ecosystem

Roon has added 15 new audio devices to its music management, discovery, and streaming platform, all of which have achieved Roon Ready or Roon Tested status in the second quarter of 2022.

Brands with newly certified devices include KEF, Astell&Kern, JBL, Chord Electronics, Arcam, Zidoo, Bryston, CanEVER, Thrax Audio, and Lumin.

Roon provides the largest ecosystem for listening to high-resolution music on the widest range of high-performance audio equipment, from wireless speakers to high-end AV receivers.

Roon has grown its network of over 1,000 devices from more than 200 global brands. A partner certification means a product has met strict guidelines and passed rigorous testing by Roon’s engineering team, ensuring the highest levels of audio performance in the industry.

Roon Ready devices integrate customized versions of Roon’s RAAT streaming technology directly into their devices, for seamless integration with Roon.

New Roon Ready certifications are for: Arcam AVR11, AVR21, AVR31, and AV41; Astell&Kern KANN MAX; Bryston BR-20; JBL Synthesis SDR-35 and SDR-58; Lumin U2 mini; Thrax Audio Ares; Zidoo Neo S and Neo X.

The Roon Tested program was created to simplify setup and configuration in the world of networked and computer based digital audio, and to guarantee the best support of the USB, Airplay, and Chromecast audio hardware that Roon customers use.

New Roon Tested certifications are for the Astell&Kern AK HC2; CanEVER Audio ZeroUno; Chord Electronics Mojo 2; and KEF LSX.
