Skyworth, a global leader in consumer electronics has announced the 4K QLED Canvas Art TV that premiered in Denver at CEDIA Expo 2024 is now available. The elegantly styled multi-function display serves as a premium-quality 4K Television and an aesthetically designed digital showcase for works of art and favourite photos when not in use. Merging art with advanced technologies, Canvas transforms traditional media viewing into an expressive, emotionally charged art experience. Notably, the CI-ready Canvas also features control functionality from Crestron and Control4, providing custom integrators with more flexibility and options.

One of the standout features of Canvas is its all-in-one “flush mount” design without an external connection box, ensuring a clean, stylish aesthetic. The ultra-thin (29mm) display’s design includes all the interconnectivity options at the back of the TV, with ample room for completely unobtrusive cabling. DIY or installers can mount the super slim set flush against the wall with minimal drilling and wall breaking. The 1/8-inch ultra-slim bezel blends aesthetically with any home or office décor. Canvas includes a custom-sized wood grain frame that easily attaches to the TV’s bezel (optional custom-color painted bezels will also be available).

Canvas Art TV features a Matte anti-glare screen technology that virtually eliminates light reflection. To improve image quality and user flexibility further, Canvas features three HDMI inputs (one with ARC), Auto Brightness and Color Adjustment, Dolby Vision, HDR, and Dolby Atmos. The remote control allows users to go directly to Art Mode without toggling through a home page or settings for added convenience.

“With the launch of our new Canvas Art TV, we are redefining the intersection of art and technology,” said Michael Gleason, Director of Sales, SKYWORTH USA. “This innovative product not only delivers exceptional picture quality but also provides custom integrators with a great option to offer their customers who desire a lifestyle TV. By transforming any space into a personal gallery, we are excited to offer consumers a unique way to experience their favorite artworks or photographs in stunning detail, seamlessly integrated into their everyday lives.”

In “Art Mode,” Canvas lets users display a virtual world-class museum’s worth of their chosen visual art favorites. The set comes pre-loaded with over 100 pieces of some of the world’s most cherished classical and Renaissance paintings. Users can also upload other pieces or original work via Google.
The Canvas Art TV is the latest addition to SKYWORTH’s Lifestyle series, which includes the Companion, a 24-inch portable display/Google TV, and the Clarus line of Outdoor TVs designed for extreme temperatures. Canvas is available in 55- (55C1) and 65-inch (65C1) models priced at $1,200 and $1,600 U.S. respectively.
