Stéréogroup, a newly formed Canadian distribution company located in Repentigny, Quebec, has announced it’s appointment as the new exclusive distributor for Rega Research, a globally established hi-fi brand with over 50 years of legacy. Stéréogroup unites five co-founders; Simon Cote, Jonathan St-Denis, Ariane Bellemare, Michel Plante and Sarah Tremblay, all of whom share a longstanding legacy with Rega, dating back to their tenure with Rena’s longtime distributor Plurison.

“We are beyond excited to represent Reg,” says Jonathan St-Denis, co-founder and new Quebec sales lead. “Our team’s passion for audio, paired with Riga’s timeless craftsmanship, will resonate with dealers and listeners nationwide.”
Stéréogroup will carry Riga’s full product range including turntables, amplifiers and loudspeakers, placing a strong emphasis on the brand’s history of producing high-quality sound, built for true music lovers.

Stéréogroup has also announced the appointment of Arthur Cuth, who brings extensive Rega experience from his previous role as regional sales representative for Plurison. At the heart of Stéréogroup operation is a 30,000 square foot facility spanning two warehouses, seamlessly integrating the same advanced logistics used by Rega’s former distributor. This setup ensures efficient warehousing, streamlined shipping and top-tier customer support from coast-to-coast.
“Our commitment is to uphold Rega’s values of simplicity and integrity by delivering the very best sound available for Canadian audio enthusiasts,” adds co-founder Michel Plante. “It’s an honor to continue Rega’s legacy in Canada.”

Effective immediately, Stéréogroup will oversee Riga’s distribution, reinforcing the shared ethos of placing music first, nurturing close relationships with dealers and elevating the listening experience.
