TerraMaster has launched the F4-425 Pro, its first AI-powered NAS built on the new TOS 7 operating system. TOS 7 integrates AI into every layer-from kernel to interface-allowing users to complete more than 90% of complex NAS configurations through natural language, eliminating the traditional learning curve.
Powered by an Intel N350 8-core processor and 16GB DDR5 memory, the F4-425 Pro delivers the performance required for 8K video transcoding, large-scale media workflows, and demanding business environments. Its 4+3 hybrid storage design combines four HDD bays with three M.2 NVMe SSD slots, supporting up to 152TB of total capacity. The M.2 SSDs can be configured with TRAID or RAID 5, giving users flexible, high-speed storage options for caching, tiering, or primary data.

Designed for modern creative and business workflows, the F4-425 Pro introduces deep AI assistant integration, including one-click installation of OpenClaw, enabling natural language control of system settings, file management, backups, and more. Smart automation features further enhance productivity, offering automatic photo organization, 4K media resource fetching, intelligent task scheduling, and 24/7 AI-driven security patrol.
The F4-425 Pro also introduces a suite of smart automation features designed to reduce manual workload. These include automatic photo backup and organization, intelligent 4K media resource fetching, scheduled task management, and a 24/7 AI-powered security patrol that monitors system activity and alerts users to unusual behaviour.
The NAS is for professional media teams managing large-scale content workflows, photographers dealing with massive RAW photo libraries, and small to medium-sized businesses needing reliable, intelligent data storage.
