TOA Canada has announced the promotion of Isaiah Vernon (CTS) to the role of Product Support Specialist. Vernon has been an integral part of the technical team, consistently delivering exceptional support and expertise to our customers and partners, says the company.
Vernon is recognized for his work by partners and clients, including crafting technical design proposals that have led to successful installations across the country, working one-on-one with dealers in personalized training sessions, and delivering valuable insights through his Dr. Sound Academy presentations.
“Isaiah has regularly displayed an ability to conceptualize and deliver clear, dependable solutions, and his passion for sharing knowledge has made him a trusted go-to within our corner of the AV ecosystem,” says TOA.
