ViewSonic Corp. is now shipping its mammoth 138-inch next generation Mobile Direct View LED display. The LDS138-151 is a fully pre-assembled, 138-inch mobile DV LED that builds on the LDS135-151 model, offering several key upgrades.
Developed for mobility, easy delivery and maintenance, the LDS138-151 features advanced new Glue-on-Board (GOB) surface treatment technology that helps protect the display against impact, dust, and moisture, earning it both an IP54 rating and an IK06 impact protection rating for heavy use scenarios. Its upgraded robust design includes a commercial-grade motorized stand and patent-pending hinges along with a smoother folding mechanism.
The LDS138-151 display is designed for customers in government, business, education and commercial markets who want all the benefits of an immersive big screen display without the limitations of a fixed, permanent video wall installation.

The ViewSonic LDS138-151 mobile display has a new, user-friendly integrated control bar mounted on the floor stand, maximizing the screen area and keeping the display front clean and uncluttered. For streamlined maintenance, the display’s LED modules are accessible from the front of the display, which includes a vacuum maintenance tool to easily remove and replace LED modules.
With a commercial-grade, built-in motorized stand for stable height adjustment, this all-in-one mobile display solution can be set up within minutes, says ViewSonic, as no wall mounting or complex installation is required. Just unfold it, plug the display into a standard 20amp outlet, and the LDS138-151 will immediately deliver large-format images and immersive sounds, with no calibration or additional installation costs required.
With a foldable, portable design it can be easily packed into its custom flight case for fast, easy set up and transport between classrooms, event spaces, meeting rooms, or anywhere a big screen, immersive display is needed. The ViewSonic LDS138-151 Solution Kit includes the 138-inch display with native 1080p (1,920 x 1,080) resolution in a sleek frameless design with 600 nits of brightness, 6,500:1 contrast ration, 3,840Hz refresh rate, 120% Rec.709 colour gamut, and integrated 30W speakers.
It comes pre-assembled with the built-in stand with motorized height adjustment, split screen functionality, and support for picture-by-picture (from up to four different inputs) and picture-in-picture (a screen within another screen) scenarios in real-time (PBP and PIP require HDMI source input). The display comes with vCast software for mobile device streaming and casting. Connectivity options include HDMI-In 2.0/HDCP 2.2 (4x), HDMI-Out 1.4/HDCP 1.4 (1x), RJ45, RS232, Wi-Fi 2.4G/5G, IR Receiver, and Audio-out.
