Canadian specialty distributor The Watershed Group, representing brands including Epson, Steinway Lyngdorf, M&K Sound and Stewart Filmscreen, has announced that the company has expanded its representation by adding Kevin Mayo and Steve Baker, two seasoned veterans to the Watershed Group sales team.
Kevin Mayo will represent the Watershed Group in Western Canada. Mayo is a seasoned professional in the audio video industry, with a deep track record of excellence and best known for his dedication for the past 12 years, to Yamaha Music Canada’s AV group, where he continues to contribute to the company’s success and uphold its reputation for delivering top-quality home audio solutions. Kevin started his career with Hitachi Canada as product trainer back when 1080i vs.1080p was still a discussion!
Kevin Mayo has joined The Watershed Group as the Sr. Account Manager for Western Canada where he is looking forward to achieving the common goals of enhancing sales, fostering relationships and establishing strategic partnerships on behalf of the Watershed Group family of brands. Steve Baker will represent the Watershed Group in Southwestern Ontario. Steve is a well-established name in the territory having worked with several manufacturers and distributors throughout his extensive career, including Kenwood, Erikson Consumer, Gentec International, and Yamaha, where he has established an excellent reputation for his hands-on, attention to detail, working closely with both retailers and custom integrators.
