Boox has introduced two new ePaper tablets, the Note Air5 C, a 10.3-inch colour device for light productivity and creativity and the Palma 2 Pro, a 6.13-inch mobile device for portable reading and connected note taking.
The Note Air5 C builds on the success of the Note Air4 C with seamless keyboard connectivity, Android 15, and the upgraded Pen3 stylus. Designed for professionals, students, and creatives, it has a 10.3” Kaleido 3 colour E Ink display that delivers colours with no glare, making it comfortable for long reading and writing sessions. Adjustable dual-tone front lights ensure optimal visibility in any environment.
With magnetic pogo pins, you can attach a keyboard cover and transform the Note Air5 C into a portable workstation. Split-screen mode allows multitasking, like referencing notes while drafting documents.
The new Pen3 stylus employs a design reminiscent of a traditional pen, complete with a clip and built-in tip storage. With an improved textured surface, writing feels natural and paper-like, says the company.
Powered by Boox Firmware V4.1, the Note Air5 C enables infinite note taking, mind mapping, and AI-powered Smart Scribe tools. With an octa-core CPU, 6GB RAM, and 64GB storage, along with Boox Super Refresh technology, it delivers smooth performance.
For those who want something smaller, the Boox Palma 2 Pro follows the first Palma device that was introduced in 2023. The pocket-sized colour ePaper device adds 5G connectivity and Android 15 for a more connected experience on the go.
Weighing just 175 grams, the 6.13” Palma 2 Pro fits comfortably in one hand and includes Boox Super Refresh Technology, 8GB RAM, and support for the InkSense Plus stylus for highlighting and quick notes.
With its Kaleido 3 E Ink colour display, you get gentle, natural hues that are easy on the eyes and visible in sunlight. The dual-tone front light automatically adjusts to ambient lighting, while EInkWise display presets optimize the screen for reading, browsing, or sketching.
The 5G connectivity and hybrid SIM slot offers seamless internet access and expandable storage up to 2TB. It’s ideal for those seeking a minimal, distraction-free digital companion for reading, writing, and organization. The Palma 2 Pro also retains fan-favourite features like fingerprint unlock, auto screen rotation, and a textured, water-repellent finish. It’s available in Charcoal Black and Ivory White.
The Note Air 5C is available for US$530 and the Palma 2 Pro for U$400.
