The new Goal Zero Yeti 1500 6G power station delivers upgraded power and fast recharging in an ultra-rugged design.
The latest midsize addition to the company’s flagship Yeti power station lineup, it’s designed for people who need reliable electric power in the outdoors, off-road, and in emergency situations. Able to power appliances, tools, and refrigeration, it prioritizes physical durability, reliability in outdoor conditions, and rapid AC and solar recharge. It also offers car charging via 12V accessory cable.

It’s rated IPX4 for weather resistance against rain and splashes and has protective port covers that shield dust and debris. The internal components are vibration-tested to withstand miles of washboard roads and engineered to maintain reliable discharge performance in extreme temperatures (-4 to 140° F). True to the Yeti brand, the unit is housed in a durable aluminum enclosure to protect from hard knocks. It comes with four AC outlets (double that of the previous generation), four 140W USB-C ports, two USB-A ports, 12V output port, and 6mm accessory ports.

The Yeti 1500 delivers 2,000 watts of continuous power and 3,600 watts of surge capacity, enabling it to run high-draw tools and appliances simultaneously. Using new Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery cell chemistry, it rapidly charges from 0% to 80% in under an hour via AC power. For off-grid refills, the unit supports up to 900 Watts of solar input, allowing it to be recharged in under two hours.

The LiFePO4 battery extends the hardware’s functional life to approximately a decade of daily use. Rated for 4,000 charge cycles, the Yeti 1500 6G is designed for long-term ownership. It comes with ergonomic handles and works with the mobile app for monitoring, firmware updates, and charge profiles. There are adjustable charge modes for performance, battery saving, and balanced.
The Goal Zero Yeti 1500 is available for US$1,499.95.
