Just after the debut of the Fitbit Air screenless fitness tracker, Luna has announced that a waitlist is now open for the Luna Band, which was announced at CES 2026. The latest versions boasts improvements in functionality and design.
The Luna Band works alongside the Luna app and the same LifeOS intelligence engine available in the company’s smart rings like the Luna Ring Gen 2 I reviewed earlier this year. LifeOS reads the body continuously through the Band and connects with other health data sources, including blood markers, medical context, and food habits. It turns those signals into a planned day, surfaced at the right moment through haptics on the wrist. As the body and goals change, the plan evolves with them.

The Luna app comes with a growing library of built-in micro-apps for stress, nutrition, training, supplements, productivity, third-party device integrations, and more being added. Each micro-app will run on the wearer’s own data, context, and blood markers, creating a personalized health model. The app will also allow users to build custom health modules.
Luna users can set more realistic lifegoals like avoiding jet lag this week, holding peak state across a fundraise, training forHYROX, and more. The micro-apps work in the background.
Access to LifeOS is free, with no subscription required. Drop 1 is invite-only, with shipping expected at the end of July 2026.
