Just Add Power will offer an exclusive preview of its latest AV-over-IP advancements at ISE 2026 in Barcelona next month, appealing to designers, operators, and installers.
At its booth, attendees can experience live demonstrations of Just Add Power’s new MC-TX1-RACK Rackmount MaxColor Encoder as well as the MC-USB device for keyboard, video, mouse (KVM) control, and the MC-QX MaxColor 4K60 Tiling and Warping Encoder for dynamic display layouts and multiscreen scenarios.

“We are incredibly excited to return to Barcelona and share how Just Add Power is continuing to make AV-over-IP deployments more simple, accessible, and scalable,” says Ed Qualls, CEO of Just Add Power. “Whether it’s expanding installs with our Rackmount MaxColor encoder, simple KVM control with the MC-USB device, or the creative visual possibility unlocked by the MC-QX encoder, Just Add Power makes the lives of installers easier by giving them all the tools they need to create and control stunning AV-over-IP projects.”
The new MC-TX1-RACK encoder combines three MC-TX1 MaxColor 4K60 4:4:4 HDMI encoders into a single rackmount chassis, streamlining cable management, reducing clutter, and speeding up installation for both compact and large-scale AV-over-IP systems. This innovation is the first of its kind in the MaxColor lineup and centralizes multiple encoders to reduce points of failure and simplify troubleshooting, ensuring reliable system performance and easy access to all connections via front-facing ports. It supports all audio formats and features Audio Return Channel (ARC) functionality for seamless two-way audio integration.

The MaxColor USB 2.0 over IP device (MC-USB) can be integrated as an encoder or a decoder, providing access to all computers on a system with built-in KVM control, plus touchscreen and webcam interface. This device enables flexible access and robust control over distant computers, ensuring efficiency and security in 4K60 UltraHD environments. With one USB-C 2.0 port on the back and two USB-C 2.0 ports and two USB-A 2.0 ports on the front, all connected over an RJ-45 1GbE LAN port, the MC-USB delivers comprehensive KVM and hotkey support, making it an essential tool for AV, IT, and broadcast environments demanding precise control and seamless user interaction.
The MC-QX MaxColor 4K60 Tiling and Warping Encoder combines Just Add Power’s MaxColor technology, 4K network video tiler, and Warp Engine technology into a single device. This innovative encoder allows up to four 4K60 source devices to be simultaneously displayed on a single screen in multiple formats, including single-screen, tiled video, or custom layout. With its warping capability, installers can rotate any source image in a Just Add Power matrix in 0.1-degree increments in real time, sending the rotated image to an unlimited number of Decoders for the creation of massive artistic video walls.
