Roku has hit a milestone, surpassing 100 million streaming households worldwide. This includes owners who watch using a Roku streaming player, a first-party Roku-made TV, or one of the many Roku TV models built by global hardware partners. All Roku devices offer the same intuitive interface and are powered by the Roku OS.
This means Roku streaming devices are used by more than half of all U.S. broadband households. Further, growth continues across key international markets, including Mexico, Canada, Brazil, the United Kingdom, and Latin America.

Roku OS-powered TVs and streaming devices are available in more than 15 countries worldwide. Roku’s content ecosystem includes more than 500 free live linear channels in the U.S., thousands of free on-demand titles, and access to every major premium streaming service from a single Home Screen. The Roku Channel remains a destination for free entertainment. In addition, Roku recently expanded its value-focused offerings with the launch of Howdy in the U.S. and Mexico, a low-cost, ad-free subscription service priced at $3/mo.
Roku defines streaming households as the number of distinct user accounts streaming on the Roku platform in a given 30-day period. Roku achieved this milestone as of April.
