Sherpa Technology Group will distribute:
- JVC native 4K D-ILA Front Projectors,

- Replacement lamps
“Adding JVC to our portfolio of brands represents a significant step for our company,” said Philippe Rayes, President, and CEO of Sherpa Technology Group. “JVC’s lineup of premium projectors expands our product offering, further cementing our position as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for all AV and custom integration needs.”
Robert Schnaar, Director of Brand Development for Sherpa Technology Group echoed the sentiment, saying, “Our partnership came together naturally, and quickly, which speaks to our mutual commitment to providing the Canadian marketplace with JVC’s high-quality products. Several of the projectors included in the distribution agreement feature JVC’s proprietary BLU-Escent laser light source, which achieves up to 3,300 lumens brightness and long lamp life. Additionally, Auto Tone Mapping is a key feature built-in to many of the projectors, automatically adjusting brightness settings-based on brightness metadata, making these projectors these perfect choice for living rooms, family rooms, and dedicated home theater rooms.
“JVC is always at the forefront of delivering emerging technologies and pushing the boundaries of quality and performance,” said Greg Cameron, Vice President, Entertainment Solutions Division, JVCKENWOOD Canada Inc. “When we partner with companies like Sherpa Technology Group to distribute our line of Reference Series projectors, we know we are working with a partner that will truly deliver the level of expertise required to carry an exclusive line like this.”
