TCL has announced the upcoming release of TCL 30 5G, which will join the recently announced TCL 30 XE 5G in the line-up for Canada.
Set for release on June 16, the TCL 305G is a slim device boasting a MediaTek Dimensity 700 octa-core processor, 5,010mAh long-lasting battery, 128GB storage, and a 6.7-inch ultra-thin AMOLED Full HD+ screen. Powered by TCL’s NXTVISION technology, you’ll get rich colours, and a wide range of brightness from 1 to 900 nits.
Take high-res photos with the AI 50MP Triple Camera. Low-light HDR functionality provides well-balanced portraits and photos with rich details in darker environments, says TCL. There’s also a 16MP front camera with a 96-degree lens for more wide-angle selfies. Additionally, One Shot 1.0 mode uses AI to process multiple variations of the same photo so you can choose from a variety of images with the press of a button.
Leveraging the 21:9 video aspect ratio, you can capture widescreen videos; plus add multiple movie-like filters and creative effects.
Already on the market since late May, meanwhile, the TCL 30 XE 5G has a MediaTek Dimensity 700 octa-core processor, 64GB storage (expandable up to 512GB), 4,500mAh battery, NXTVISION technology, and smooth 90Hz refresh rate. Visual comfort and protection are built-in, with a TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification along with smart brightness and tonality.
The 13MP AI triple camera makes automatic exposure and colour adjustments, while the 2MP Macro lens capture vivid close-ups and the 2MP Depth lens blurs the background for a Bokeh effect.
Both the TCL 30 5G and the TCL 30 XE 5G feature a high-speed 5G connection through a variety of carriers in Canada.
