The Tribit StormBox Mini Plus is designed to deliver clear stereo sound in a rugged, travel sized format.
The speaker measures just 119 x 91 x 91mm and weighs under 545g, making it easy to pop into a bag or backpack, even a pocket or cupholder. It delivers 360° surround sound with its left-right acoustic design. Equipped with two powerful 48mm full-range drivers, a passive radiator, and 12W output power, it also features built-in 2+1 Band Dynamic Range Control (DRC) to enhance clarity and balance. It delivers clear, dynamic 2.0 stereo sound.
Use the Tribit app for both iOS and Android to access customizable EQ profiles and fine-tune the sound to your personal preference. There are five audio presets or manual EQ adjustments. You can also pair two StormBox Mini Plus speakers for a more immersive experience.
Additionally, the speaker has built-in multicolour lights that pulse and fade in rhythm with the music. It can run for up to 12 hours per charge at 50% volume with the lights off. Charge it for 2.5 hours via USB-C to get back up and running. Control it via the app or the control panel for playback, volume, and lighting.
It comes in a rugged and waterproof IPX7 housing, able to withstand immersion in up to a metre of water for 30 minutes. The tough exterior also resists knocks and drops.
Built with the latest Bluetooth 5.4 technology, the StormBox Mini Plus ensures a stable wireless range of up to 30 metres and supports AAC and SBC codecs for high-quality audio across Android and iOS devices. The AAC delivers clearer, more detailed sound, while SBC ensures broad compatibility with all Bluetooth-enabled devices. It also features a 3.5mm AUX input so you can connect older devices. The integrated microphone allows for hands-free calling and the use of a voice assistant as well.
