Uber Canada Rebrands Uber Pass as Uber One

Uber Canada is launched Uber One, a rebranded version of its membership program previously known as Uber Pass that includes deals and savings on both Uber Eats take-out and grocery delivery as well as Uber rides.

Available for the same fee of $9.99/mo. or $99.99/mo. plus tax, Uber One offers member-only upgrades like top-rated drivers, premium support, and a new promise on eligible deliveries: receive $5 in Uber Cash is the Latest Arrival estimate, which is typically shown after an order is placed, is wrong.

Like Uber Pass, Uber One includes $0 deliver fees and 5% off eligible orders. While Uber Pass did include monthly members-only perks, they did not apply to every ride. The new Uber One includes 5% off rides, including UberX, UberXL, and more.

To join Uber One, open your Uber or Uber Eats app. Tap on your Account icon in the upper, right-hand corner, then tap on Uber One. Review the benefits, tap Choose Plan, and choose the monthly or annual offering.  For current Uber Pass members, over the next month, your membership will automatically switch over to Uber One on your next billing date and can move to an annual Uber One plan.

Uber has plans to expand the program, adding more benefits.
