Furrion has introduced its new Aurora Full Sun Pro Series 4K LED outdoor TV and new Lumina retractable awnings.
The Aurora Full Sun Pro Series 4K LED outdoor TV comes in 55-, 65-, and 75-inch screen sizes. They cater to both commercial and residential outdoor spaces and offer increased brightness so they’re built for direct sun.
“We are thrilled to provide an enhanced solution for creating luxurious and immersive outdoor entertainment spaces for a range of customers and needs,” says Grant Olafson, Vice President of Furrion’s Consumer Division. “Providing solutions for both residential and commercial applications has always been a priority of ours, and we are focused on continuing to create extensions of our business that elevate the customer experience.”
With 4K Ultra HD resolution and HDR10+, the Full Sun Pro Series TV delivers an immersive viewing experience. The 2,500-nit high brightness ensures good visibility, even in direct sunlight, so it’s ideal for outdoor environments. The IP-66 rating protects it against the elements and ensures reliable performance even in extreme weather conditions. Optical Bonding technology eliminates air gaps for improved visibility, impact absorption, and prevention of moisture formation, ensuring long-term screen durability.
The TV has an XtremeShield IK-09 impact resistant screen, low haze anti-scratch coating, and industrial heat sinks that allow for operation in extreme temperatures and direct sun. The operating range is -24° to 140°F and the backlight is rated for up to 40,000 hours, so it can operate 24/7.
It has three HDMI ports, including one ARC, two USB 5V/1A ports, optical, and RJ45. The smart platform is powered by webOS Hub, and it comes equipped with a RangeXtend Wi-Fi boosting antenna and two-year warranty.
The Furrion Pro Series Full Sun 4K smart outdoor TVs will be available for purchase beginning early August 2024. The 55” Pro Series TV is MSRP US$8,000; 65” Pro Series TV is MSRP US$9,000; and 75” Pro Series TV is MSRP US$11,000.
Additionally, Furrion has announced the Lumina Solar-Powered Retractable Awning. It doesn’t require any expensive electrical work for installation. Rather, the solar-powered awnings harness energy from the sun. It comes backed by a 10-year warranty and can withstand harsh weather conditions.
Customizable with a variety of Sunbrella fabric options, they have a built-in wind sensor and can even be connected to a compatible voice assistant for hands-free control through the new Furrion AwnCommand app.
The Lumina Solar-Powered Retractable Awnings will be available in July 2024 for pricing starting at US$6,250.
