Marshall Emberton is the Most Compact Bluetooth Model in the Line

Marshall says its new Emberton portable speaker is the most compact in its line, still offering rich, clear, and loud sound.

The Emberton uses True Stereophonic, a unique form of multi-directional sound from Marshall that ensures that every listening spot is the “sweet spot.” By separating out the spatial content of stereo recordings, Emberton produces a sound that Marshall says is “much louder and larger than its size and outperforms most speakers in its class.”

Meanwhile, the speaker is rugged and water-resistant, and offers up to 20 hours of playtime per charge. Recharge it using the included USB-C cable for 20 minutes to get up to an additional five hours of play time and keep an eye on battery level via the indicator on the top of the speaker.

The silicone exterior and solid metal grille provide a durable design along with water-resistance that allows you to submerge the speaker in up to one metre of water for up to 30 minutes. This makes it safe to use by the pool or even to take to the beach or on a hike.

Control it using the multi-directional control knob to play, pause, skip tracks, adjust volume, and turn the speaker on or off. It connects to your source wirelessly using Bluetooth 5.0 and has an up to 30-foot range.

As with other Marshall products, it features the signature Marshall design and script on the front that is reminiscent of the age of rock ‘n’ roll.

The Marshall Emberton sells for US$149.
