At CES 2025, which kicks off today in Las Vegas, Withings is introducing a number of health tech innovations, including BPM Vision, an advanced blood pressure monitor and Cardio Check-Up, a service that connects users with expert cardiologists for professional assessment of ECG measurements.
BPM Vision is particularly designed for non-tech-savvy elderly users, ensuring accurate readings that are both consistent and reliable for blood pressure and hypertension management. It features a large, colour high-resolution screen for easy-to-read results and provides on-device step-by-steo educational instructions, reminders, and motivational nudges.

It includes advanced features like reliable monitoring of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, aiding in the detection and control of hypertension. The results include colour-coded feedback on both readings and to confirm if a measurement has been taken correctly. There are also on-screen tutorials that guide users through correct measurement procedures. The screen can be programmed with motivational messages, reminders to take or log medication, or questions to prompt users to log symptoms.
The BPM Vision works with interchangeable cuffs with circumferences of nine to 17 inches or 16 to 20 inches to fit different arm sizes. With Wi-Fi-enabled data synchronization and six-month battery life, it can be used to track data for up to eight users. Connect it to the Withings app and share comprehensive health reports with healthcare providers in a few clicks.

The Withings BPM Vision is US$129.95 and will be available in the U.S. only from April 2025 following FDA clearance.
Withings is also announcing Cardio Check-Up. This in-app service enables users to receive detailed feedback on their cardiovascular health from board-certified cardiologists within 24 hours. Housed within the Withings+ subscription-based health improvement service, Cardio Check-up, goes live today and is powered in the U.S. by Heartbeat Health and by DPV Analytics in France, Germany (it isn’t yet available in Canada).
Cardio Check-Up is compatible with all current and future Withings devices with ECG capabilities. These include the hybrid smartwatches ScanWatch, ScanWatch 2, ScanWatch Nova, and the new ScanWatch Nova Brilliant, as well as the Body Scan connected scale, Move ECG and BPM Core connected monitors, and the 4-in-1 MultiScan checkup device BeamO, which Withings showed at CES 2024 last year.

Using Cardio Check-Up, cardiologists can detect AFib, the most common arrhythmia, alongside 10+ other arrhythmias, allowing for prompt intervention and better health outcomes. You can receive specialist clinical reviews directly through the app without an appointment needed and from the comfort of your home in 24 hours. Included with the Withings+ subscription is up to four Cardio Check-Ups annually, giving you peace of mind and proactive heart care. All health data is managed with high standards of privacy, says Withings.
Cardio Check-Up is available starting today as part of the Withings+ subscription offering. For users with an annual subscription (US$99.95/year), the service includes four Cardio Check-Ups per year. Users with monthly subscriptions (US$9.95/month) receive one Cardio Check-Up every 90 days of continuous subscription. As noted, Cardio Check-Up isn’t yet available in Canada and there’s no indication if or when it might reach across the border.
