WiFi HiFi Holiday Gift Guide 2024: Gifts Under $75

Updated on November 29, 2024

If you’re on a particularly tight budget this year or looking for stocking stuffers for special loved ones, these tech gifts all fall under $75. In fact, some are even less than $50. These are suitable options for plenty of people on your list, from teens to adults and seniors.

Amazfit Up Open-Ear Buds

Amazfit Up

Designed specifically for active wearers, the Amazfit Up open-ear buds provide comfort and a secure fit while you’re running, walking, commuting, or doing other activities. But the open-ear design means you can remain alert and hear important sounds like traffic or conversations as well. Rather than block the ear canal, they direct sound towards the ear canal without obstructing it. This also affords a pressure-free listening experience. Lightweight and ergonomically designed, the ear clip design ensures a secure fit even during intense workouts or rapid movements. Able to last for up to six hours of music playback, the earbuds come with a compact and protective USB rechargeable charging case that provides an additional 18 hours of battery life for the pair. When worn alongside a compatible Amazfit smartwatch, you can enjoy extended functionality like Zepp Health’s AI-powered smart assistant, music listening from compatible watches, and Bluetooth calling. Get a pair for just US$50.

Nintendo Switch Games

MySims Cozy Bundle Nintendo Switch game

Whether it’s to gift along with a new console or for someone who already has one, there are plenty of Nintendo Switch games you can get for under $75. Factor consistent holiday sales into the mix, and the list grows even longer. You’ll find games for all types of players, like My Sims: Cozy Bundle ($55), Sonic S Shadow Generations ($67), Just Dance 2025 Edition ($39), Hot Lap Racing ($48), and even a selection of indie games for as little as $17. If you’re willing to go a smidge over budget, titles like Mario & Luigi: Brothership, Super Mario Party Jamboree, and The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom are $80 each.

Roku Streaming Stick 4K

Roku Streaming Stick 4K

The Roku Streaming Stick 4K is just $70 at its regular price, so with sale pricing, you can probably pick up two and still be under budget. Connect it to any TV with an HDMI port and it instantly becomes a smart TV. Even if you already have a smart TV, many users appreciate the intuitive Roku interface and access to additional content, like live TV and Roku Channels. This stick is literally plug-and-play: there’s virtually no set-up process but for a quick guided few steps and you’re ready to go. Load all your streaming service accounts and enjoy. It’s the most powerful stick in the line and supports 4K Dolby Vision picture quality (with a compatible TV and subscription tier), long-range Wi-Fi, and ultra-fast response. It’s the perfect gift or stocking stuff for an entertainment lover.

Anker Prime 6-Port 200W Charger

Anker Prime charger

You can never have too many outlets while traveling, and while the Anker Prime 6-port 200W charger is regularly $100, it’s selling for $70 at the time of this writing, and will likely go on sale again if it’s no longer that price once you check. Keep checking back because it solves an issue I run into often with these portable charging bricks that tend to have too many USB ports and not enough USB-Cs. This one has two USB-As and a whopping four USB-Cs for recharging everything from your smartphone to your earbuds, smartwatch, and tablet all from a single power outlet. Each USB-C outlet supports 100W max, and you can use two at the same time at this speed. This means you can charge a MacBook Pro to 50% in 28 minutes, perfect when you’re rushing out the door to a meeting from the hotel. Connected devices are protected thanks to Anker’s MultiProtect and ActiveShield 3.0 system, which continuously monitors the charging temperatures to ensure everything is charging safely. It comes with a five-foot cord.

reviewed this magnetic power bank earlier this year and while it might not charge a newer phone as quickly as you like, it has its benefits. First, it connects to a MagSafe iPhone via strong magnets, so you don’t need to worry about bringing along charging cables, or even using an integrated one. It has some heft to it but it’s still a convenient way to ensure back-up charging when you need it. Selling for US$50, the power bank also has a USB-C port for recharging a second device, like a pair of headphones or earbuds for the walk home. It’s a perfect stocking stuffer for an iPhone owner, or an Android phone with a MagSafe case.

JBL Endurance Run 2 Wired Earbuds

The JBL Endurance Run 2 Wired earbuds would make a great back-up pair and an affordable stocking stuffer for a fitness lover on your list. At $30 through Erikson Consumer, they won’t break the bank. The buds are magnetic so they neatly clip together when you’re not listening to tunes, a podcast, or on a call. Speaking of the latter, there’s an in-line button remote with mic for hands-free calls; long press to activate Google or Siri. I have the Brännboll side table on casters ($49) set up in my gaming room at home, and it’s the perfect size beside a small couch to hold gaming accessories and a coaster for drinks. I just wish it had a second shelf on the bottom. Without one, we store slippers underneath. Since it connects via MagSafe, it easily comes right off when I want to connect my phone to a wireless charger or other accessory. The loop works perfectly for added grip and stability while I hold my phone in my hand to compose messages, watch Instagram Reels, or snap selfies.
